DECANTER CENTRIFUGE

Versitec Marine & Industrial is a full service provider for decanter centrifuges including repair, balancing, upgrades and refurbishment. VMI offers both new and fully refurbished decanter centrifuges. These units can be supplied in various configurations including - standard fixed drive, electric back drive, fully variable electric main and back drive and hydraulic drive. VMI also offers associated control panels which along with our Decanters are suitable for installation in most areas including hazardous locations. VMI supplies replacement Alfa Laval, MiSWACO, and Hutchinson Hayes centrifuge spare parts.

REFURBISHED CENTRIFUGES

Versitec Marine & Industrial has a varied range of fully refurbished centrifuges from most major manufacturers including Alfa Laval and GEA Westfalia Separator.

Each machine is completely dismantled, cleaned and all major components are checked for wear. All parts including spindles, worm wheels, electric motors, bearings, o-rings and seals are replaced. The bowl tolerances are checked and then balanced. The machine then undergoes a full test run at our facility to ensure the correct operation of the bowl aVMImbly.

CENTRIFUGE SKIDS

With time and manpower constraints during installations, a customer needs a quick and simple solution when installing separators and associated equipment, the answer - skid mounting.

Versitec Marine & Industrial can provide a tailor made system, whether just a centrifuge on a drip tray or a complete system including pumps, heaters, controls, sludge tank etc, VMI has the solution.
